As an Eye Care Consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist and guide individuals in maintaining optimal eye health and choosing appropriate eyewear solutions. You will work in a retail or clinical setting, engaging with customers to provide expert advice on eye care products, perform preliminary eye examinations, and contribute to the overall success of the eye care facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their eye care needs, vision concerns, and lifestyle requirements.
2. Provide information on various eye care services, products, and available treatments.
3. Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame materials.
4. Perform basic eye tests to assess visual acuity, eye muscle coordination, and depth perception.
5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in eyewear, lenses, and eye care technology.
6. Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value of products and services.
7. Maintain accurate customer records, including prescription details and purchase history.
