Qualification

1. Minimum 12th pass and above

2. MS Office certification / part of curriculum

3. Customer service skills

Experience

1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations.Preferably with an established Retail Brand

2. Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers

Age

18 - 33

Salary

Upto 23000 per month + Store Incentives

4.Basic knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS)

5. Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
6. ·Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
