Establishing new business by ensuring new customer acquisition and activation in the assigned geography Negotiating with the customers and exploring cross selling opportunities to get maximum profitability. Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets. Coordinating retailers & Maintain good repo with them. Explore a particular geography for a potential sales opportunity and onboard new customers onto the BB Mandi platform to drive sales. Sales executives will ensure correct onboarding of customers. Build relationships with our customers to improve retention and drive daily orders/tonnage. Improve basket size by finding innovative ways to increase SKU lines and volume per order. Solve customer queries on field visits on a regular basis. Sales Executive will train and support retailers to use BB mandi mobile app on a daily basis.Candidates should have good communication skills in Regional language and English ,Hindi will be advantage. Ability to attract customers. Brief things in an understandable way.
