We are looking to hire Back Dock Controller with the below competencies:
Strong Process Orientation, Good Planning, Organising & Execution Skills, Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome, Quick Learner
Responsible for the back dock and safety & security of inventory To adhere to the Back Dock and Inventory process as defined in the SOP Custodian for movement of merchandise / non-merchandise articles in and out of the store by following the necessary process To ensure timely customer delivery for store deliveries (including online sales) Responsible for repacking and checking product content before dispatch to ensure there is no customer dissonance To ensure immediate movement of the products to the shop floor once received and inward done Completely responsible for PID process (compliance to schedule, conduct, accuracy of the PID and reporting to the SM To take corrective actions based on the inventory health check report Responsible for on-time pick up & reconciliation of trade-ins against sales Responsible for safety and following SOPs for storage and product handling
