Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region.
Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunity for network expansion
Implement Store led BTL activities to drive footfalls
Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling,coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions
Retaining the existing or new customers and create a culture of ‘Customer First Approach’ across region/territory
Stocking, inter-region stock movement & Dynamic inventory
P&L, budgeting & maintain ideal stock norms at stores
Coordinate with projects team during the fit-outs of new store and pre plan for Store launch- Soft/Marketing launch
Implements SOP’s, company policies and VM guidelines at stores
Solve customer complaints & grievances
Maintain and monitor store inventory and achieve annual stock-turn targets
