  • Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region.
  • Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunity for network expansion
  • Implement Store led BTL activities to drive footfalls
  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling,coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions
  • Retaining the existing or new customers and create a culture of ‘Customer First Approach’ across region/territory
  • Stocking, inter-region stock movement & Dynamic inventory
  • P&L, budgeting & maintain ideal stock norms at stores
  • Coordinate with projects team during the fit-outs of new store and pre plan for Store launch- Soft/Marketing launch
  • Implements SOP’s, company policies and VM guidelines at stores
  • Solve customer complaints & grievances
  • Maintain and monitor store inventory and achieve annual stock-turn targets
